Keith Slater |

|
Keith Slater Managing Director of
Unicomer (Belize) limited recently celebrated his 34th year with Courts. Keith spent
his formative years in Jamaica after his father was posted to Courts Jamaica
to set up the Warehouse & Distribution Centre there. Returning to the UK temporarily in 1968,
Keith started work for Courts UK in their Maidstone Branch before returning to the West Indies
a year later. In 1972 he returned to the UK to start his full time career with the company and
worked in many stores all over the country holding various positions including Carpet Manager &
Branch Manager.
Keith was first posted overseas to Fiji in 1986 as Training Director, he was then sent to Papua
New Guinea as General Manager of their Northern Stores. Next stop was Grenada as Sales Director
where he spent seven years with the company eventually being promoted to Managing Director.
In 1994 the PLC Board in London asked him to come to Belize to set up the Company. He is very proud
to lead a dynamic and progressive team here in Belize.

| Biography |
|
Joel joined the team in June 2007. Since returning home in 1995 after having completed his BSc. in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska, he has spent his career in the Marketing and Sales fields and did minor stints in the credit sector. Before joining Courts he spent five years in food and beverage distribution.

Otto Bevis |
| Biography |
|
Otto has been employed with the company
for ten years. Before joining Courts Otto spent eight years working for various
retailers including the Dixons Group and the Burton Group throughout London and the
South East of England.
In 1993 he graduated from the University of Greenwich with a HND in Business & Finance
and in 1996 graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies awarded by Nottingham-Trent
University. He Joined Courts (PNG) Ltd in 1997 where he was posted as the Electrical
Buying Executive. In 2001 he was posted to Courts (Belize) Ltd as the Buying Executive. |

Gaylene Tesucum
|
| Biography |
|
Gaylene joined the Courts Team in July 2008.
She offers more than a decade of accomplishment with experience in the telecoms,
and banking industry by working in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Human Resources.
She has also undergone an extended training program in Strategic Planning and Project Management to augment her experience.
Gaylene enjoys being a part of the dynamic team at Courts. |

|
| Biography |
|
Tania gained her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University College of Belize.
She commenced her work experience in the marketing field and eventually diverted into one aspect of
Human Resources - Training. She brings with her five years of Marketing experience and three years of Human Resource experience. |

Rosita joined Courts (Belize) Ltd from inception in 1995 and
held the position of Sales Supervisor. In 1997 she was Promoted
to Branch Controller, later in 1999 she joined the Purchasing
Department as Furniture Buyer a position that she holds to present date. |

Cecilia Straker |
| Biography |
|
Cecilia started working with the company since it's inception in June of 1995.
She was employed as an interview clerk, which she held for three months before
stepping into the position of Acting Credit Supervisor. She has had the opporunity
to work in seven different positions throughout the years.
In May of 2000 she was promoted to the role of Branch Controller. Exactly fours years
later Cecilia began working at the Belize City Branch as Sales Manager where she was in
charge of contracts and field sales. In 2006, she was promoted to the position of Customer
& Technical Sevices Executive where is she in charge of Affinity Insurance, Product Services,
Field Sales and Customer Services. Cecilia enjoys being a part of the dynamic Courts team
and prides herself in giving exceptional service.

Camilla Salazar Hunt
|
| Biography |
|
After gaining her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University
of South Florida she returned to Belize and started working for the Radisson Hotel as
Human Resources Manager. Camilla's employment with Courts began in April 2002. She brings
with her eight years of Human Resources experience and four years of sales and marketing experience. |
