Our staff are being continually trained to ensure that they understand what it is that you, our customer wants.  Only then will they be able to meet your needs and be able to explain why a product is right for you, whether it is the price, special features or special circumstances. Whether you need expert advice when choosing an item, enquiring about installation or performance, our staff are trained to give you the information you need.

When we advertise or promote a product we always do so in good faith. You can be sure that we will stock this item at this price in sufficient quantities to satisfy anticipated demand.

The only exception is when our promotion states "While Stocks Lasts." However, If items are sold out due to unexpected demand, we will do our best to obtain additional stock to satisfy all orders placed during the offer period. if this should prove impossible, we will offer you an equivalent product for the same price and if this is not acceptable to you, we will give you a full refund.

If you choose to shop at Courts on our Option Plans, we'll need to spend a little time asking you for your information about yourself (Of course this is confidential). Provided you bring the required paperwork (a letter of employment, proof of regular income, proof of Belizean Nationality or Permanent Residence) the whole process will take about 15mins at normal times and no more than 30mins at peak times.

Our Easy Payment Plan agreement is written in plain and simple English, so you can easily understand your rights and obligations.

An added benefit of Courts Options is the inclusion of Courts Payment Protection Plan. This insures your goods against fire, flood, theft, redundancy, hospitalization or your death. Provided your account is kept up to date, the remaining payments will be cancelled.

At Courts we offer the most extensive warranties available in Belize. All items at Courts carry the maximum guarantees.  If anything goes wrong within the warranty period, contact us and we will sort it out for you. Warranty terms are attached to each invoice so you need to bring this in with you when requesting service.

e are also able to offer a repair and parts service beyond the warranty period, at reasonable cost.

If your product goes wrong within 48hrs of delivery, we will replace it, no quibble.

If anything should go wrong with your purchase during the guarantee period, we will
respond to your service request ASAP and we will repair it as (speedily) as possible.

If the repair cannot be done on site and you will be without your major purchase for more
than ten working days we will loan you a replacement free of cost.

After your option plan is approved, we will deliver your item to your home within 72hrs in
the City, and weekly to the districts. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed time we will contact you to inform you.
